Client Confidentiality

Mine Maintenance Training Solutions understands the efforts and lengths that our clients go through building working relationships with their primary clients. Therefore, when any of the personnel at Mine Maintenance Training Solutions are placed with a client in a subcontractor role or third party our valued customers can have confidence that our personnel will conduct themselves in such a manner that it will be interpreted as the MMTS personnel are a direct employee of the host business.

Use of common sense by abstaining from:

• Discussing client’s operation to third parties
• Unauthorised use of the client’s systems and documentation
• Approaching the client’s host to discuss contract or employment opportunities

Document Security:

• Ensure all private and company documentation is secured and only released with the appropriate authorisation.

Data security:

• Using only approved methods to send files over the internet. Transmission of client and MMTS data via social media or insecure networks is strictly forbidden.
• Storage of data on local unsecured devices is strictly forbidden.

Integrity:

• When in doubt, the client’s best interest must always be given priority.
