In 2024, he journeyed to Solwezi, Zambia, to train at Mine Maintenance Training Solutions (MMTS), a leading institute dedicated to elevating artisans’ maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting skills. At MMTS, Selvanus immersed himself in advanced diagnostic methodologies, condition monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Rwaindepi Charles Madongorere is a multidisciplinary Mining and Reliability Engineer accredited by the Council of Engineers Australia.Over a career spanning roles at AECI Mining Explosives, Tsapo Construction–Zimbabwe Consolidated Diamond Company, and Eskom, he has driven predictive maintenance programs, optimized key performance indicators (MTTR, MTBF), and delivered cross-functional results under the most demanding conditions. In 2024, Rwaindepi further empowered his technical leadership by completing Caterpillar-focused training at Mine Maintenance Training Solutions in Solwezi, Zambia. Through mastery of SIS, SIS2GO, ET diagnostics, and OEM-aligned troubleshooting, he sharpened his condition monitoring, fault isolation, and digital maintenance planning capabilities. This MMTS experience elevates his ability to spearhead asset performance transformations and reliability excellence in mining operations worldwide.

Mine Maintenance Training Solutions transformed my career. As an automotive mechanic, I longed to work on yellow mining machines, but I didn’t know where to start—until I met Mr Jason Dellaca.
